Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales on pierced earrings are final — no returns or exchanges will be accepted.


If your earrings arrive damaged or broken during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll be happy to work with you on a resolution.
